How it works

Submit a case in four steps

A straightforward workflow designed for predictable turnaround and fewer follow-ups.

1) Send your digital scan or impression

Upload STL/PLY files (preferred) or ship traditional impressions and models. Include opposing and bite records when applicable.

2) Provide a complete prescription

Specify restoration type, material, shade, margin and occlusal preferences, and any special instructions (e.g., emergence profile, screw-retained access).

3) We confirm intake and timeline

Our team reviews your submission for completeness, confirms the turnaround estimate, and contacts you promptly if anything is needed.

4) Fabrication, QC, and delivery

Your case moves through design, milling/processing, finishing, and quality control before shipment with tracking.

What to include with every submission

Case submission FAQs

Common questions from practices submitting digital and traditional cases.

What file types do you accept for digital cases?

STL is preferred. If your scanner exports PLY or OBJ, include the full arch, opposing, and bite files. If you are unsure, submit what you have and we will confirm compatibility.

How do I send photos for shade and characterization?

Include clear intraoral photos in natural light when possible, along with shade tab photos. Add notes for translucency, texture, and any adjacent tooth characterization.

What if information is missing from my prescription?

We will place the case on a brief hold and contact your office for clarification to avoid remakes and delays.

Do you offer rush turnaround?

Rush options may be available depending on case type and current capacity. Contact us with the due date and we will confirm feasibility before proceeding.

Can you work with my preferred implant system?

Yes. Provide the implant system and components used. If needed, we will coordinate compatible parts or recommend an equivalent workflow.

How will I receive tracking information?

Once shipped, we provide tracking details to your preferred contact method so your team can plan seating appointments confidently.
